Pros

It's sturdy and well-made. The cone is a tough, heavy-duty plastic. Feels like a precision tool.

Wd-40 helps during the tapping. Used some pb blaster, let soak overnight. Got off some rusty wiper arms.

Used this to remove my windshield wiper arms. Needed to replace hvac blower motor. Used to remove windshield wipers from ford flex in preparation of windshield glass change.

Works exactly as advertised. Scared the heck out of both of us. This was recommended by a youtube channel, and definitely appreciated.

Cons

The puller is not compatible with the wiper arms of my '97 nissan hardbody pickup. The tabs of the arms are not even close to even with each other. One is bent at a ~90 degree angle (as it should be), and the other is bent higher on the puller arm. Ti... Read More

Mine must have been made on a friday right around quitting time, or on the quality control inspector's day off. No indication of country of origin on the tool or packaging.
