Super easy for a novice. Small gripe that i saw from some the junction box has a snap inside.
Light color is very good. The ability to select the light temp (and hue) is great touch. The 3 color selectable seems slightly less bright than the standard 3000k single temp/color light.
Cons
Using the approved dimmer, and trying two other dimmers, they all produce a buzzing noise from the junction box. With these fixtures (well under the wattage limit - 3 in one room, 4 in the other) the lights flicker like crazy. The dimmer only makes it... Read More

Juno comes in the same size box, but the latch mechanism just didn't hold and would pop out if the wires weren't deep in the box.
Competitiveness
Next to juno at 3500 and cloudy bay lights, lithonia was the most color accurate of the 3 outputs it was capable.
I was happy to find the exact replacement on amazon as the original was purchased from a national chain that had changed the brand carried.
I tried all 3 brands, lithonia, juno, and cloudy bay based on my preference for 3500k color temp and lumen output.
I've installed about 40 of the wf series in our house and for versatility, there's not much better out there.
