Pros

Lithonia makes a wf4-30k needs much less room to install. Easy to install with quick connections for electrical wiring. Comes with wago wire connectors which is phenomenal. Installation is very easy.

Works well with a growing variety of dimmers including levition and lutron led compatible dimmers. Only issue is there are not a lot of workable options for smart dimming switches. Look nicer then the round ones.

I love how it brightens up the hallways without being too bright. The brightness is fairly impressive for such a little light. The illumination is perfect.

This fixture is extremely easy to install if you are replacing an old fixture. If this is for an area with no wiring already there, it's still just as easy. The junction box has plenty of room to hold (2) 14 or 12 ga wires for multi-light circuits.

Cons

Installed regular 3 way, they still flicker. The arms do not lay flat against the ceiling, they stand straight up, making the fixture unacceptable. If these were ever discontinued -- goodluck finding a suitable replacement.

Overall, they are bright, work well with a lutron dimmer i bought from hd, and are cost-effective.

Bought 10 of these for a multi-room, jack and jill bathroom remodel.

Tried a few options and ended with what the manufacturer certified which are the lutron caseta brand.

They look pretty good once they are in, and i'll bet no one other than a professional electrician may be able to guess how much they cost.
