I used to use led flood lights but due to the depth of the can the bottom would be visible and the glare was horrible

The differences with this one that i noticed is that its outer housing is made of metal rather than plastic

The fixtures being recessed have very little airspace around them posing a fire concern

As far as specs the only difference between the tcp lights and the lithonia light are the tcp lights are 2700k and 650 lumens and the lithonia light is 3000k and 835 lumens

Sadly i had to return them because they did not come with the required gaskets to install them in the semi damp area advertised as one of the selling features
