Pros

Lumens is closer to a 40 watt incandescent bulb than a 60 watt bulb. Works well with a growing variety of dimmers including levition and lutron led compatible dimmers.

Light is easy to install because it has clips that spring out and hold the light in place. I'm all for safer when it comes to wiring a home. Installation is very easy.
