The led lighting is in the form of light strip tape

Therefore there are no light bulbs that need to be installed or replaced

Unless there is some way to replace the led light strip tape with an appropriate equivalent the light fixture will have to be replaced

And knowing myself well if it were at all too dim or even noticeably dimmer i would not have been able to stand it
