Pros
We are more than satisfied, no more dim corners. Overall i am satisfied but 2 of them have gone out and another 2 are blinking.
These light fixtures are perfect for multiple areas in your home as well as select covered damp areas outside. They mount flush so they take up little space and just blend into the wall (where mounted) and ceiling. Simple clean looking design.
Cons
The 20 lumen bulb says 4400 lumens, but it says 4000 lumens. One of the lights cracked in half.
Even though it will not be a satisfactory outcome, the least amazon can do is to refund my payment while letting me keep the product. Didn't meet expectations.

All you need is a volt meter to confirm the hot black coming out of your junction box has been turned off from your breaker panel

A wire stripper will also come in handy since the three exposed leads on the new fixture are too short to cap you need to strip another half inch on each to get a good cap

Tip if you are doing this by yourself without an extra set of hands to hold the new fixture in place just take 16” of picture hanging wire and wrap it around the exposed junction box screws leaving enough to thread through the two screw holes in the new fixture
