That is one drawback to this product.

Some of the reviews noted missing hardware but mine came with the cross bar and even some wire nuts.

For the price, good deal, and price was comparable to big box stores.

It's pretty and the price is reasonable.

Because i installed two lamps, it cost me $11 extra.

I really like the light fixture but the one i received had a locking tab shattered due to movement in shipping and handling.
