Overall though i set up two long light bars in my place and purchased 8 of these track heads and with a little elbow grease and a lot of luck finally worked out the kinks in the system and got it all working

Then i realized the simple answer something that is very important to know and unfortunately most tracks and fixtures don’t say anything about this so most customers get this all wrong

So here is the secret – when you are ready to install the light look at the metal contacts and note that one side has two of them and the other side only has one

Then look inside the track rail and you will see that one side also has two contacts on one side and one on the other side
