The lithonia rectangular cover didnt quite cover ceiling electrical box in two places so the bright blue plastic showed

The edges also sit on the electrical box flange rather than being flush with the ceiling

First i installed the plastic components in my marked locations then screwed in the metal screw part way where the keyhole slot goes
