Pros

Little bit of setup required, works great though. Easy to install and wire up. If you need to plug it in, it's easy to get a short extension cord.

The bulb works immediately. It is a little flimsy but it works ok. Works great in my bearded dragons tank!

Electronic ballast is silent and gives it instant on with no startup flicker. Much lighter and more compact than old fixture.

Cons

The picture shown on amazon is a fixture with a bulb. Down in the text it says bulb not included. There is no wiring to connect in to the wall included.

Took me less than 30 minutes to remove the old light fixture and replace it with the new one.

Relatively easy to install, but overall a great product.
