Quality
These lights have all the features that enable them to be great for many applications.
Still frustrating and i'll have to shop around to try to order 2 more that aren't broken.
2 are broken, so off they go for a return yet again.
Packaging/appearance
Outside of the packaging issues, these are a solid product and worth the additional expense over no-name led fixtures.
Lithonia, if you're listening: you have a great product but someone really messed up with how cheap you went on the packaging.
However in my latest order it appears they went with minimal packaging which does not protect the product in shipping at all.
Competitiveness
Yes they are more expensive but they are built better than many other brands.

I dont blame amazon for it there is nothing to protect the product with minimal cardboard

Im exchanging for 3 more hopefully they will arrive ok if not ill just exchange until i get proper ones

I also ordered 8 others from lowes they called to let me know 4 of them were damaged told me to not bother with picking them up and just cancelled my order
