Pros

Our dogs don't know what to think of the door, so we put a magnet in the hopper and just leave the door open. It's not horrible and the product is still usable.

Cons

The reason i got this is because it was supposed to keep the bugs and weather out!

They are very sturdy, my dogs love it and eat out with no problem, best thing to get if you’re going on vacation.

It is sturdy enough so that dogs (rotti & doberman) are unable to destroy!

We only fill it once a month it holds a little more then a 25 lb.

I can definitely see the difference on quality and details between my old one and the new one and the old was definitely made better.

Got it 3 days earlier than the first date it was expected.

I ordered a set of 2, of which one arrived damaged, thinking damaged during shipping.

Packaging/appearance

The other came with a dent and the box it came it wasn’t damaged in anyway.

It arrived with a small dent but who cares about a little dent unless you plan on having this on display, it worked just fine.
