Pros

The instructions are easy enough to follow, and pretty clearly diagrammed. Only drawback i have is i wish i could break it back down to be able move it easier.

It is best for ages 1-3 maybe 4 depending on how big your kid is. My 2 year old loves to play in it. My -baby is tall so, we're adding a thick bottom to raise it a little for her.

Don't expect a light up fireplace and full chefs kitchen in here with all the sounds and sparkles. It has a swing out door in the front and back, and windows with shutters that open and close. Also, house is shown with 2 doors.

Cons

The house is flimsy and make of thin plastic. My toddler goes to swing it open and you can see it bending with his pull. Decals are not included.
