Pros
It is easy to put together you only need a screwdriver for the flag pole piece that goes on both sides where the doors are. Set up was a breeze. Easy to assemble and has been a hit for the kids.
Great price and sturdy. Would definitely recommend. The durability and sturdiness are pretty good.
Cons
When assembling this on christmas eve for my daughter it was clear that the instructions and parts kit were for an older/different model. Due to a mistake in pricing, my money was returned versus the price being honored.

Thank you little tikes for putting forth a quality affordable play house, it's being used often with lots of giggles and happiness.
Great little play house, especially for the price we paid for it (around $90).
It's been about 20 years since i bought a similar item from little tikes and the quality then was much better.
Initially disappointed with the little tikes brand, we picked this up for our 3 year old and expected the classic thick plastic.
Price
The price was reasonable, so grandma loves the house, too!
Packaging/appearance
If you are looking for a play house with noises and interactive things inside the house,this wouldn't work for you.

It is not like the heavy duty plastic other little tikes houses that are made where its not as easy to see them play

It wont fit through a standard door and you will need to unscrew one side of the panels to maneuver it through the door and also take the roof off if you plan on moving it around from room to room
