Pros

Serenity loves the doorbell and the phone that came with the house. She also loves the play food and dishes that come with it. The only negative is that the sink and phone holder areas collect water when it rains.

Easy to put together and adorably fun. It assembles easily and our granddaughter is enjoying is more that i ever dreamed she would.

As pictured, very sturdy. Seems durable. I also feel like their items maintain their appeal & resell value.

Cons

The walls to the house are so flimsy. Just slides with no reinforcement screws or other way to hold it together.
