The house is very sturdy, heavy wood. This house smells wonderful!
Cons
The curtain blows off the rod during the slightest breeze. Many pieces came cracked. Had pieces of wood that was warped. Fades, cracks bad, falls apart rotten.

Very sturdy and cute but a lot of work to put together definitely need two people and a drill
