Soft, grandkids love it! Easy to put together and rolls on our new pergo beautifully. Works great for tiles or wooden floors, not on carpet since it doesn't slide fast it's more of a turtle move.

Not worth the money, wheels are plastic.

Would have given it 5 stars except the 19 month old fell backwards and hit her head not a great distance and the seat should have a piece of foam instead of fiberfill because the fill pushes away and the seat is left with a blank space under the top cover
