Love my purchase, it is exactly what i needed. Have only had it a couple of days & can't really say much. Nice shipping and.
Love the sturdiness. It is very well made.
The material is slightly thinner than expected. I'm just careful to make sure the floor is clear or i have a mat underneath to prevent accidental puncturing. It also serves as the best meditation cushion for you pelvic floor!

It’s a squishy ball that you can put between yours knees and and elsewhere to squeeze while doing exercises as we do them in my contortion class

It wasn’t hard to inflate you just have to separate out the walls of the deflated ball that are sticking to each other before you start pumping
