Pros
Simple enough to inflate, comes with 2 plugs and a little tool to get the plugs out. Post-it notes on either side of a doorframe, a yardstick on the ball, and it was easy to see if the ball wasn't yet fully inflated.
The color is gorgeous and the surface texture is ideal (slight grip). Easy to work with and durable.
Cons
Not mentioning i would receive a notice of the credit being available for use. It is possible it is now being manufactured differently, i. E. Spri instead. Contacted seller about the warranty but never got a response back.
The rubber casing is to big for the amount of filling. It's like a week balloon and bulges more than it should. The ball deflated within a day so frustrating.
The room gets hot, up to almost 90f but its no hotter than that. Even though the stamp says 95cm on the ball. It is clear that this ball will never reach 75cm/30 inches.

I wanted to do low intensity workouts as when you’re overweight it’s such an addictive struggle to not work out

To not put energy in a workout

But when you do low intensity workouts like with this ball you start to get more energy slowly and i started to walk and eventually run all starting from this ball
