I researched the ingredients and understand that they are the leading ingredients to do the job i want done but i have no way of knowing yet if it is doing the job for my liver

Good product but unlike other supplements i’ve tried this one makes me nauseous if i eat on an empty stomach it might be the nac as other milk thistle supplements don’t make me queasy

Im a week in and cant say ive noticed any direct benefits but i like the inclusion of nac which also offers support for your lungs and chanca piedra

However i accidentally waited too long to eat after one dose and felt some discomfort and nausea which went away as soon as i had some food in my stomach
