It's brilliant for the heat, for cooling the body, for peri-menopausal hot flushes at night, and aiding for a better nights sleep.
It works for about 4-5 hours then has absorbed so much heat it makes in uncomfortable.
Have multiple sclerosis so cannot regulate by body temperature & heat increases fatigue.

It got me over a bad patch so well worth it.

It came quickly and folds up easily.

Can't recommend this enough and it's easily stored back in the box it comes in.

As an insomniac it’s not ideal as it does warm to body temperature very quickly in these increasingly hot climates so before you’re even close to getting to sleep it will be too warm
