Pros
Fan seems powerful and quiet, no rattling or shaking even at high speed. A bit noise is there but its manageable! As far as fans go this is quieter than any i have had before!
The fan is easy to assemble and does the job. Needed a little assembly with 4 screws to secure the base and two very small ones for the blade cage. Easy to put together, took five minutes.
Cons
The reason its cheap is that it is cheaply made. The screws for base are difficult to screw due to the threads not right. Could get a much cheaper one of better quality from the likes of argos.
The legs are prone to bending very easily. Absolutely flimsy. The levelers on the foot of the fans came broken.

Easy to assemble, sturdy build, great build quality and most importantly its quiet especially on the lowest two speed settings.
I would advise assembly from the base upwards with the cage last.
Price
Good fan for a reasonable price, much quieter than fans i have had previously at a similar price.

Easy to assemble however the one flaw the instructions say push blade along motor shaft
