This is good at heating up your shoulders but is very misleading to even mention the neck. Firstly it’s very wide and has to be held tight by hand for the collar to even touch the neck, then you realise the collar is not actually heated at all.

Brought this for my shoulder pain it does fit but i think this is best suited for someone with broader shoulders than mine as it does feel loose on me and i have to hold it down

It shuts off after the time it states in description for safety reason
