Simple to use and fantastic when used for sinus relief. I find it very good for helping to keep my complexion clear and it also helps greatly to keep sinuses clear especially when i have a cold. Adding a drop of eucalyptus was a a plus.

It boils rapidly on setting 1 and burns your skin. The switch is that tight you need a grip like a wrestler to turn it. All the steam literally escapes from both sides. Design flaw is that it is way to big for my face and i aint a skinny girl.
