This is no reflection on the company it’s just the design well the length of it because it’s long and the water spreads out it does go cold rather quicker than normal bottles

Me and my dog love it 🥰 but please note that this is not a product for dogs — my dog just loves to cuddle up with itnext to me and i would never let her have it on her own unsupervised as she could potentially puncture the rubber with her paws and burn herself
