Downsides aresmall water tank that cant be filled during brewing thus limits the amount of coffee you can make in one gowater also often misses the drip tray and runs around it and onto the unit due to a poor fitting this is annoying and can be unhygienic if not mopped up straight away

One part broke but the seller was very good and offered a return straight away this was not required and i just requested a replacement part which was sent straight away

You need a milk thermometer and use the pause button between stages as soon as you turn it off all the remaining water is expelled as steam

If you only fill it to the 2 or 4 cup measurement as instructed
