Quality
Really big, convenient to use, excellent interaction with the seller, and it does keep stuff hot.
But as i said, it was only a very very small issue with it and the pro's far outweigh the con's and i highly recommend this product.
We had a problem with the original one sent to us but the seller replaced it immediately and the replacement works and looks grea

It has already saved us on electricity by not keep filling and boiling the kettle.

The only odd thing is the lock which stops accidental sploshes it is labelled close and open but the closed colour is blue and the opened colour red odd

My only complaint about this product is that because there is a tight seal on the entry point to keep the heat in as youd expect and it can prove quite difficult to separate but id much prefer it to be a little tricky to open and know that the heat will stay in there but for those who perhaps have arthritis in the hand or something it can prove quite a task to open
