Unfortunately ours was faulty but still useable but as this was a gift i contacted their customer service team who were brilliant and resolved the issue straight away

First things first this was not the same size as was documented in the listing

The listing indicated more than a metre longwide cooking surface but is infact 93cm

I would say it is miss leading as i wanted a larger unit so i would like to think it was an oversight and will be changed by the seller in due course

The amazon sales description indicated that the cooking surface was iron but is in fact pressed sheet steel

Easy to order and delivered on time looks good quality had something similar previously which worked really well for a number of years till it finally stopped working
