Pros

The only leaks i've had are around the screw top lid that holds the stainless * to the bottle. The only way that this should ever leak is if your gasket is faulty from the factory.

The top-fill feature makes it easy to use and refill, which i appreciate. It works exceptionally well. This is easy to install.

Cons

The patented no-drip part is what leaks eventually. This past march this year, it was retired to the dumpster. It's so loose that every time our puppy gets a drink it pops out of the c clamp. No water all in the crate! What a waste of $18.

It has a tiny slit that gets opened to let water through but eventually it just doesn't go back to it's original shape. Can’t find a way to report the issue to the vendor, to try and get a refund, or a replacement part.
