Pros
The mesh rack helps keep the backpack off my back. The material & padding lets it breathe against your back.
Quality of material craftsmanship are excellent. Lightweight, comfortable, durable. Frame is stiffer than i expected.
I commute by bicycle and this backpack does everything i need for commuting. Great backpack for riding bike. Perfect for cycling.
Cons
Description misleading, the mesh hood is not big enough to hold an adult bike helmet. The internal capacity feels much smaller than 20l, more like 10l. This brand is terrible.

This one appears to be well made.
It’s nice and sturdy and fits well on me.
Two days of washing is enough and not heavy.
The side water bottle pockets have very narrow opening and cannot fit anything with larger diameter than a soda can.
Price
I paid full price for this backpack.
But still, this bag performed surprisingly well for the price and i'll definitely be using it again.

This is a 2l3l water bladder pack masquerading as a daypack or student pack in photos you can see the size difference to a standard 21 liter jansport the elastic helmet tarp will not close over an adult bike helmet this will barely close around a typical 15

It does have a modest expansion zipper but its probably meant for hugging firm different 2l or 3l capacity water bladders not actually providing more usable space

This is the tragic flaw with this pack because it was designed to hold a water bladder firmly any other expansions youd find in a daypack are not accommodated here

At least 3 triglide slides were not included 2 shoulder 1 chest so straps are left flailing about and likely to loosen during wear
