This stuff is the worst caulk for the tub. Both tubes burst at the bottom seam wasting over 1/2 of the product. Removed it all and redid it.

Phils seems in cracks easily with your finger or perhaps with a rubber gloves on

I noticed that the tubes that this product comes in our a little difficult to squeeze out even though i cut a reasonable size opening in the tip and poked it with a phillips screwdriver several times

I used to use 3m silicone sealants but recently they have not worked well

I dont know if 3m was sold to a different conglomerate and has cheapened their products or if it is just my imagination that they used to work well

You must apply at least a moderate bead or it may crack while drying
