Pros
Adhesive sealant. Works great when changing outboard motors to seal the transom. Dry quickly and rubbery, it's flexible but holds well.
Great product. Works as advertised. Works much easy no mess.
Cons
Loctite pl marine fast cure adhesive sealant, is difficult to use and apply. Date code is hidden inside blister package and cannot be read unless package is opened.
Very disappointing. Ended up returning. Will return and go back to using 3m products obtained locally.

So much easier to use than the 4200 and in my experience a much better adhesive sealant caulk that is left exposed to elements and not under compression than the 5200

I bought this and was getting ready to use it in a couple days and read reviews that its set up in the tube so i cut the tip off and nothing so i took a piece of coat hanger and shoved it in and sure enough there us a seal that needs to be punctured in order for the caulking to be pumped out of the tube

It needs to be punctured a bunch of time and so it flows out nicely like your average tube of caulking and really is messy and sticky so its a go for me

I was making the plumbing innards for an stp stand to pee device that was supposed to be inserted through the sort of packer a trans person might use which is basically something that looks like a floppy rubbery phallis for folks who would like to pass as male

It turns the nonfunctional packer into a device you can actually stand up to pee with

I really wanted a way for my ftm friends to not have to pay nearly that much for one particularly if they already had a nonfunctional packer and wanted to do something diy
