Pros
It actually works, kind of messy and super sticky but works great. It is a bit messy if you are not careful, but is pretty simple to use. Used it tp seal round a window unit and worked well.
Was super easy to use, easy to clean up, and very adhesive. Used this to create scenery for my zombie village. Easy to trim and great bonding.
Cons
This lock tite stuff comes out of the tube in globs of pillowy marshmallow like consistency. The window and door version is very liquidy, unforgiving if you make even the slightest error. Comes out less like a dense cell foam sealant and more like sti... Read More
Not eligible for return, according to amazon or the seller. Awful product. Completely useless. Really disappointed.

Get ready on time actually early ,good product and really do what the label says i was happy with the results
Then, when done, with the gloves on, unscrew/pull off the long straw tip.
But it can be cut easily with cutter/knives.
