Pros & Cons
Pros
Works great like almost every other loctite product. No leaks. And it smells delightful.
Working great for my outboard gas line connection. A few of the connections are to send engine coolant to the water heater so very hot. Will seal high pressure and allow prepositional of fittings for alignment.
Easy to use, does the job like thread sealant tape. Material remains pliable for days. It seals under many adverse situations with loose and worn threads.
Cons
The material on the outside with never set is not worth the hassle. If you have three days to let this stuff set while you do zero work, then i guess it is fine. Does not work as stated, doesn't seal.
Highlights
