Pros & Cons
Pros
It belongs in every mechanic's tool box. Used on a glock 43 to lock a compensator on an aftermarket threaded barrel. Needed it for setting duramax injector sleeves in the aluminum head. Keeps bolts where they belong!
My two cents, get some. Not a knock off. Strongest “consumer” grade available.
Cons
Not a locking substance. More like red colored maple syrup.

Need this for the manifold bolts and helicoil inserts and it worked out fine
A hose blew off the compressor and i didn't know it, causing the turbo to boost much higher levels (thus creating more heat) than normal.
I had the nut secured by the loctite come loose after using the klean n' prime and a 48 hour set time.
Price
Excellent deal on the leader in thread lock.

Competitiveness
Also, i highly recommend the loctite 242/243 threadlockers as well.
