The pan is heavier than i thought it would be, but works well. The quality is fine but no fault of the manufacturer these types of pans need a crane to lift.

Make sure you properly season the pan i find the factory seasoning is never enough

Wash with soap and water dry in the oven for 20 min at 200 degrees then crank to 450 and coat inside and outside of pan with very light coat of high smoke point oil i used grape seed then bake for 1 hr upside down on top shelf with pan underneath in case any oil drips then repeat at least 2 more times
