Pros

Cast iron is a little harder to clean, but worth using to avoid pfas in my opinion.

The workmanship is beautiful. This mini skillet is perfect for making small things. I have several of the larger size, but this smaller one i purchased was exactly what i've been missing.

Lodge cast iron 10 inch skillet is so versatile to cook with. The pan is good for many generations. I always like to use cast iron fry pans as they distribute the heat well.

It's pre-seasoned reasonably well, though i may need to season it again myself as i've had a few issues with food sticking. Coconut oil is best.

Cons

Buyer beware. The one i bought is much to small. Sent them back and reordered 8” set. But to no avail.

Nothing gives nice, even heat like cast iron.

Its good if you want to heat up the cast iron to retain the heat slowly and evenly cook large volumes of food.
