Pros

It moves easily between stovetop and oven. The lodge takes a little longer to get to temperature on the stovetop. The coating is truly nonstick.

Le creuset has a matte finish that seems a little thicker. It heats evenly, has a durable non stick enamel finish.

Hand washing and immediate drying and using wooden or nylon tools. You will be tempted to soak it overnight and then attack it with a brillo pad the next day. It's easy to clean and it heats up evenly on my * coil stove top.

This is incredibly heavyweight. The heavy lid fit securely. It handles them all easily.

This lodge pot is a workhorse in your kitchen. One of the best performing and most versatile kitchen pots you'll own. Comes with a lifetime warranty.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. Not from *, i. E. It's such a shame that an american cast iron company is peddling this *.

Lodge enameled is made in china, it says so on their website. There are some rust spots on the rim of the lid and where the enamel meets the exposed cast iron, the finish looks like it is starting to peel, like paint.
