Very good cookbook, i like that it provides very clear instruction on what types/size f pot to use.
The skillet comes full from the oven or stove, goes straight to the table, and leaves empty.
The big hint it is to not wash the pans, or any cast iron cookware.

Not only does it tell you how to take care of your iron pans but the recipes are real down home cooking
