Easy to put together and dramatically improves fire-starting options. Will follow-up concerning usability. But this comes in pretty handy.

It's very sturdy and feels solid when it's in place - not wobbly. For us, it's worth its weight.

Cons

The included flimsy hex wrench is slightly too large for the hex nuts. Pots are very tippy on this item.

The fastening system for this product is very poor. Not the type of lodge quality i was accustomed to in the past. It is a bad design and the quality is pure junk.

About half way through the assembly, the wrench metal began stripping on the nuts.

I made scones in the dutch oven and the bottoms didn't burn since i could lift the oven so it was not directly on the coals!
