This was chosen after i discovered all the bread machines from low to highend are full of widely reported issues of nonstick coating coming off and even lubricant oil from the mixing valve

Some lodge pans can have milling issues but because this pan has long straight lines its something to check on delivery

I find that the loaf pans with non stick coating works well to prevent the bread from sticking to the sides but non stick is not healthy for you
