Pros

Cast iron cookware is a great budget option. The silicone insets for the larger versions came in a slight smaller size so didn’t have to improvise and/or make as much parchment paper waste.

Lodge double dutch oven by lodge is definitely a multipurpose kitchen item. The size of the dutch oven is perfect for boules. It fits my loaves perfectly and i can get both d dutch ovens in my oven at the same time so two loaves baking at once.

Give it a light coating of grapeseed oil to prevent rusting.

Cons

Casting is like 60 grit sandpaper. Factory pre-seasoning chipped off the lid.

It appears to be from manufacturer. I bet it is chinése cr@p. Shame on lodge.
