The only real bad thing about this is the design of the handle for the 11 inch its so thin compared to the body which makes is difficiult balance with one hand and it also makes it feel heavier
I tried using it a couple of times washing it by hand after each time and the seasoning got off very quickly
The pan is nice however it does need some seasoning
I then applied some oil coating and put it in the over for 1 hour that helped
