Pros
This dutch oven is incredible. I'm on sourdough loaf 5 and i always preheat to 500 f. I use this dutch oven to bake bread, it it performs admirably in this function.
Enamel coating is very nice. Beautiful colour (a softer creamy white vs stark white). Love love love.
Super versatile and easy to clean as well. Excellent heat diffusion. Easy to clean and use, adapting to different food.
Works great for frying and stews. Great for applesauce, cooking meats, meatballs, and pulled pork.
Cons
Enamel was heavily chipped on the inside at delivery. Too bad the colour is absolutely nothing like the photo. This hairline split is quite long and i don't know how long it will get.
The lid has 3 raised bumps at the bottom where it comes in contact with the pot rim. This makes it nearly impossible to fry large amounts of vegetables. We never dropped or banged the pot or lid; it chips under normal usage.

Purchased red lodge coated cast iron dutch oven (6 qrt) - came double boxed which ensured no damage.
Arrived in perfect condition, no chips or bubbles in enamel.

This dutch oven has metal that is thicker than another one that i have from a well known brand - i like that.
