Pros
Some recipes are geared for the dutch oven but can be used w/o a dutch oven as well. Too many gourmet recipes though. Price is great! The gloves are amazing.
Cons
There are recipes missing info and there are a lot of recipes for very large groups. This book seems to focus on breads and desserts. Also this book has very limited pictures and i like to have an idea what dish should look like in finished product.
