Pros & Cons
Pros
The 2 quart is big enough that you hold it with two hands. Cleaning and seasoning is easy and cleanup is a breeze.
It certainly is a magical and enjoyable thing to cook by campfire. Has a really sturdy handle with no flex (which is important for removing from the fire). Perfect for cooking over the fire pit.
Good cast iron is expensive but if well cared for it will outlast you. Lodge cast iron cookware lasts a lifetime. Easy to care fore, easily cleans and so fun to cook in.
Cons
Finish is much rougher than either of my 2 lodge skillets. Lid is too loose for a dutch oven. Bail is so badly bent that it won't fold down over the lid.
Packaging was crushed on one side. Quarter sized patch here, a nickel sized patch there. I'm fairly sure no one even look at this thing before they shoved it in a box and sent it out the door.
I am really bummed. Horrible quality from lodge. Not great customer service" "a bit disappointed. Surprising poor quality.

Only 4 of 5 were delivered so we are still waiting on #5.
Emailed lodge customer support and they sent a replacement handle that arrived in 3 days.
At first amazon first sent me the wrong product, i received two plastic mugs but they quickly corrected my order.
Packaging/appearance
Was still in the original box and had no defects or dings on the pot or the lid.
One of the boxes was torn quite a bit but they are cast iron so i assume it will be just fine.
Competitiveness
It's a little heavier than most other brands and antiques the same size but don't let that discourage you.
