Pros

The only real complaint is the size. At present, their is a lot of enthusiasm for vintage cast iron. It's better for your biceps too!

Three of these pans will do the work of one normal 12-depression cheap steel cupcake pan. They are narrower and deeper than a standard cupcake. Prefer this pan to my skillet or muffin pans for cornbread now.

This one comes pre seasoned with some sort of coating. It's not the old cast iron, so it doesn't need a lot of seasoning it's pre seasoned.

This pan when used correctly performs flawlessly. It’s nonstick properties get better with age. Use this product for polenta. I dint know what specifically about this pan is better than the other cast iron pan.

Cons

Every part of every loaf was stuck fast. I wear a women's small in gloves - and my hand is longer than the longer length of this pan. Also no real lip so hard to grasp when pulling out of oven.
