Pros & Cons
Pros
Small 5 inch pan is perfect for sandwiches and sandwich sized eggs. Great for making eggs to fit in a bread size breakfast sandwich and then to toast the entire sandwich.
Bought this as a reasonably priced, usa-made option for making tamagoyaki. They make a great combo for minimalist cooks. Works like a charm.
Great little skillet. Nice little pan, fairly well seasoned. This delightful little treasure is slick.
Cons
Bacon is a bad idea because there will be too much grease very quickly. It is thinner than the larger pans and is defective. Save for cooking individual eggs or heating a sandwich made from boring, bland wonderbread.
