Pros
Have used them almost everyday. Fun to use and kinda heavy. I’m sure it will outlast us. Cast iron all the way.
Great pan for cooking steak burgers etc. Steaks stay hot, and juicy, just like a real bbq grill. Use it for grilling all the time. J'ai acheté cette poêle spécifiquement pour cuisiner des mets végétaliens.
As we don't have the option to have a bbq, this is the next best thing, indoors. Only thing is that its not easy to clean kinda simliar to a outdoor bbq gril. Must use outside lots of smoke.
Cons
This skillet was not kind to the meat or marinade. It was impossible to clean afterwards without ruining the coating.

Price
(striploins and rib steaks, so far) easy to clean and the price is really good too!
So it's a must buy and gr8 price!

As with all cast iron this pan requires specific maintenance and the ridges that make this a grill pan make it more difficult to clean

It’s a cast iron pan and i do find that it sticks it’s a learning process i’ll have to try different heat settings to see if that eliminates the problem
